As our church continues to prepare to receive the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Report in June, we take time to listen and learn and thereby help to build bridges of understanding with our aboriginal neighbours.
In the morning we'll do the Blanket Exercise, a fascinating interactive digest of our First Nations' history and, in the afternoon, we will listen to the engaging contemplations of Albert Dumont, an Algonquin Elder from the Kitigan Zibi First Nations Reserve.
Saturday, May 2nd 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at St. Giles Church, First Avenue at Bank Street
